What make us different
Bone-marrow realism - not plastic. Our Organ-on-a-Chip recreates the native bone marrow niches with advanced bioengineering, perfused microvessels, stromal co-cultures, and physiologic gradients, so drug penetration and cell–microenvironment crosstalk behave closer to in vivo. We believe: functional truth-beyond genomics alone. We challenge each patient’s live cells inside our near-human niche with approved regimens and quantify response, delivering a ranked readout in ~72 hours.
Our next generation approach overcomes: 2D plates flatten biology that overestimate drug kill, going beyond 3D spheroids/organoids that often need 2–4 weeks while still missing marrow-specific cues. We combine relevance and speed—built to fit routine lab workflows.

Our Project
Born from a 2-year FCT-funded program at i3S (Porto), our marrow-avatar platform and 72-hour therapy-ranking workflow moved from bench to pilot-ready. Explore the funded project below. As an early spin-off, we’re now seeking hospital, reference-lab, and pharma partners for co-funded R&D and multi-centre pilots.
